We partnered with @wildcoastcostasalvaje to help install a trash boom (solid waste retention system) in Tijuana’s Matadero Canyon, and the impact has been incredible!
Since its installation in October 2024, this new trash boom has effectively prevented
🛞 3,851 lbs of tires
🔄 12,461 lbs of plastic
🗑️ 461 lbs of other waste
...from polluting San Diego’s coastline and marine ecosystems.

This Belgian-Style Single was brewed by the ladies of Pure Project along with @thebountifulbag, @sis_sandiego, and @sdbrewcycling. Crafted in honor of this year’s International Women’s Collaboration Brew Day theme, Unite Society, this beer is a celebration of community, sustainability, and our shared responsibility to protect the earth. Sola Terra emits fragrant aromas of jasmine, clove, and chamomile that are followed by delicate flavors of honeysuckle, brioche bread, and Nashi pear.

Collaboration with @radiantbeerco
Taste Profile: Fudge. Marshmallow. Brown Sugar.
13.6% ABV
Created with Radiant Beer Co. for our April 2025 Function pop-ups in Portland, this decadent stout was aged in a blend of Heaven Hill barrels for 21 months, Cutwater bourbon barrels for 15 months, and Kentucky Owl barrels for 16 months. It was then infused with brown sugar, cacao, and vanilla—resulting in layered flavors of fudge, chocolate cake batter, and rich brown sugar, all wrapped in a viscous, velvety mouthfeel. Fading Rays is pure barrel-aged bliss.

Méthode Traditionnelle – 3 Year Blend
Taste Profile: Funk. Lemon. Apricot.
7.4% ABV
Lief (M.T. III) is our Méthode Traditionnelle blend of one-, two-, and three-year-old spontaneously fermented ales, inspired by the traditional Belgian process of lambic making. Brewed with California-grown pilsner malt and unmalted wheat, and inoculated solely by wild yeast and microorganisms native to our Miramar location, Batch #7 bursts with vibrant carbonation and an elegant balance of funk, zesty lemon, and ripe apricot.
