BEER DETAILS

ZIGSA

Murky IPA with Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Cashmere, & Amarillo Hops
6.3% ABV

We are excited to reveal a beautiful new murky creation, Zigsa. This murky IPA was dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Cashmere, and Amarillo hops, creating aromas of pineapple, honeydew, mango and lychee that really jump out relative to the softness of the flavor. The palate showcases the nuances of the malt—particularly floral characteristics from the wheat—as well as essences of tangelo and cantaloupe. Zigsa is incredibly well balanced and this initial batch is as rare as its Tibetan snow leopard namesake; be sure to pick up a 4-pack while it’s in sight.

FOREST GUARDIAN

Murky Triple IPA with Strata, Mosaic, Pacific Jade, & Hallertau Blanc Hops
9.5% ABV

We proudly present Forest Guardian, a murky triple IPA that will stand up to the biggest of beasts. Much of its flavorful force is derived from a global medley of hops including Strata (Oregon), Mosaic (Washington), Pacific Jade (New Zealand), and Hallertau Blanc (Germany). Aromas of ripe papaya, orange marmalade and dank emerge from its murky golden appearance, along with flavors of resin, cantaloupe and clementine. Don’t let the smooth, medium body fool you—this triple packs a punch.

TAPROOM RELEASE DETAILS

The cans will be released at all four taproom locations on Thursday, July 29. They will be released online at 9am, and they will be available for pickup at all four taproom locations when our taprooms open at 12pm (Miramar, Balboa Park, and Carlsbad) and 3pm (Vista). In other words, you can purchase online OR in person, but please note the cans will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis starting with the online orders at 9am.

If you would like to order and pay online for pickup, please place your order at the location where you plan to pickup.

• Your order is not complete until you check out (no orders are held in shopping cart).
• At time of purchase you can select your pickup day: same day, next day, or two days out. You must pick up on your selected day and time.
• If you would like to designate someone else to pickup your order, please place your online order under their name. The name of the person picking up needs to match the name on the order.

 

SHIPPING RELEASE DETAILS

A limited amount of both cans will be released online for California and Nevada shipping at 9am on Thursday, August 12th. They will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
