Field Sales Support Representative – San Diego

Pure Project is seeking full-time professionals who will proudly represent our brand and mission with a positive, high-energy attitude.The Field Sales Support Representative plays a key role in expanding Pure Project’s reach and ensuring our brand is represented at the highest level. This position works closely with our sales team to provide in-field support across accounts in San Diego County.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversees merchandising in chain grocery stores to ensure Pure Project products are well represented.
• Conducts demos and product sampling to introduce customers to Pure Project beer.
• Responsible for working events, beer dinners, and tastings, as well as other potential events, to promote the Pure Project brand.
• Supports the sales team with account visits and in-field support.
• Builds and maintains positive relationships with clients and account representatives.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1+ Years of Previous Sales Experience preferred, craft beer sales a plus.
• Passion for and knowledge of craft beer.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the Pure Project brand professionally.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

The Field Sales Support Representative works primarily outside of an office, traveling to meet with potential and existing customers in person as well as attending various events. This position requires flexible hours and significant travel locally within defined territory. The Field Sales Support Representative must be able to operate a vehicle, read, write, type, perform work on a computer, use a cell phone and verbally communicate with contacts and customers both face to face and virtually. This position will require regularly lifting 150+lbs as well as managing 150+lbs while bending, kneeling, standing and/or walking.
