ON SALE: The bottles will be released online on Thursday, September 3rd at 10am PST. They will remain on sale until September 6th at 11:59pm PST, OR when bottles sell out.

We anticipate this to be a very high demand sale with an extremely limited number of bottles and we recommend being on the page initiating the purchase right at 10am PST.
Due to the anticipated demand and limited availability, it is very likely that not everyone trying to get a bottle will get a bottle, so please know that going in. If the bottle says “unavailable” then all available bottles are currently in carts to be purchased.
If any carts are dropped or purchases not completed, the bottles will be added back to inventory and become available to purchase again on a first to initiate basis. If the bottle says “sold out” then all bottles have been purchased.

CORYLUS
Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Hazelnuts, Cacao & Coffee
12.2% ABV
A rich and indulgent stout, with plentiful additions of toasted organic hazelnuts, organic coffee, and organic cacao from Ghana. Aged in Breckenridge Bourbon barrels, adding a warm depth of flavor. A bold aroma of hazelnut greets your senses, with notes of vanilla, roasted coffee, and silky smooth hazelnut rounding out the flavor on the tongue.
CORYLUS bottles are $30 / 22oz + Eventbrite fee, with a limit of 1 bottle per person.
CORYLUS WITH VANILLA

QUINTESSENCE
Rum Barrel Aged Sour Beer with Banana, Coconut & Vanilla
7.8% ABV
Quintessence will take the senses on a journey to the Caribbean. Aged in rum barrels for several months, this sour is conditioned on a heap of organic bananas, coconuts, and Tahitian vanilla beans to bring forth refreshing island-inspired flavors. Notes of pina coladas, banana cream pie, and lime-like acidity light up the palate.
QUINTESSENCE bottles are $15 / 375ml + Eventbrite fee, with a limit of 6 bottles per person.
