CORYLUS WITH VANILLA
Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Hazelnuts, Cacao, Coffee, & Vanilla
16.5% ABV
A rich and indulgent stout, with plentiful additions of toasted organic hazelnuts, organic coffee, organic cacao from Ghana, and organic Tahitian vanilla bean. Aged in Breckenridge Bourbon barrels, adding a warm depth of flavor. A bold aroma of hazelnut greets your senses, with luscious notes of vanilla, roasted coffee, and silky smooth hazelnut rounding out the flavor on the tongue.

Golden Sour Aged in Oak Barrels with Strawberries & Cherries
7.8% ABV
With the colors of a late summer sunset on our minds, we combined two incredible California-grown fruits into our new golden sour ale aged in oak barrels. Hand-picked organic strawberries from our friends at J.R. Organics dominate with a welcoming jammy note, while organic cherries give an earthy, tart complexity. Fruit and barrel characteristics intermingle, and every sip beckons new paths for your taste buds to walk and wonder.
