NUCIFERA WITH COFFEE
Hawaiian Inspired Barrel Aged Stout with Coconut, Macadamia Nut, Vanilla & Coffee

Nucifera will truly excite the senses, showcasing incredible barrel character and Aloha-inspired flavors. This beer is aged in freshly-emptied bourbon barrels to pull notes of spice, black treacle, and a hint of dark cherry. It is then layered with raw organic coconut, hand toasted macadamia nuts from San Diego county, organic Tahitian vanilla bean, and organic Hawaiian coffee roasted by our friends at Mostra Coffee. Luxurious and dark chocolate-mousse like, send your taste buds on a vacation with this bodacious liquid.

Barrel Aged Feral Ale with Double Cherries

Euphorik with Cherries is our take on the American Wild Ale conditioned on organic Washington cherries and designed to activate, engage and delight the senses. Aged in formerly Pinot Noir French Oak from Napa Valley, this unique beer will take you on a journey of complexity in which you can smell and taste all the subtle ingredients that have come together over the years to form a flavor that we can only call… “Euphorik”.
