Can Release: Murkeley & Seven Samurai

Our next can release features two double IPA collaborations! First up is our 3rd annual murky collab with Fieldwork Brewing, and second is a brand new west coast collab with Yakima Chief Hops, built on 100% Idaho-grown ingredients.

The cans will be released on Thursday, February 11th at all 3 taproom locations as well as for CA & NV shipping. Check out all the details below.

Murky Double IPA with Simcoe, Citra, Centennial, & Southern Cross Hops
8.5% ABV

Together with our Berkeley-based friends at Fieldwork Brewing, we put our collective knowledge of brewing dank, murky, hoppy beers together and came up with this bear of a brew. The addition of Simcoe, Citra, Centennial, and Southern Cross hops creates notes of tangerine, papaya, mango, and dank, with a ridiculously smooth finish.

SEVEN SAMURAI

*Collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops
West Coast Double IPA with Idaho 7 & Columbus Cryo Hops
8.3% ABV

A beer created to showcase the terroir of Idaho, this west coast double IPA collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops is extra pale in color with a light hop haze. The combination of Idaho 7® from Jackson Hop Farm and Columbus Cryo® from HopLand together create aromas of grapefruit zest, cantaloupe, magnolia, and spruce tips. Dry with a fine carbonation, the flavors of pineapple, grapefruit and peppercorn will leave you pining (ha) for Idaho.

TAPROOM RELEASE DETAILS

The cans will be released at all 3 taproom locations on Thursday, February 11th. They will be released online at 9am, and they will be available for pickup at all 3 taproom locations starting when our taprooms open at 12pm (Balboa Park & Carlsbad) and 2pm (Miramar). In other words, you can purchase online OR in person, but please note the cans will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis starting with the online orders at 9am.

If you would like to order and pay online for pickup, please place your order at the location where you plan to pickup.

• Your order is not complete until you check out (no orders are held in shopping cart).
• At time of purchase you can select your pickup day: same day, next day, or 2 days out. You must pick up on your selected day and time.
• If you would like to designate someone else to pickup your order, please place your online order under their name. The name of the person picking up needs to match the name on the order.

 

SHIPPING RELEASE DETAILS

A limited amount of both cans will be released online for California and Nevada shipping at 9am on Thursday, February 11th. They will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
