Cheese + Beer Pairing with Smallgoods

Pure Project has joined forces once again with the award-winning La Jolla cheese shop, Smallgoods, to bring you a self-guided specialty cheese and beer pairing! Join us on Tuesday, April 25th at our Carlsbad taproom OR our Miramar taproom to indulge in this delicious pairing. Check out all the info below!

Date: Tuesday, April 25th, 2023

Time: Stop by to enjoy at your convenience. Both taprooms will be open 3-9pm.

Location: Pure Carlsbad or Pure Miramar

Pairing: With a beautiful spread of small-batch cheeses and gourmet cured meats—expertly paired with Pure beer, of course—this tasting can be enjoyed at your leisure (3-9pm) at either Pure Project Carlsbad or Miramar.

*Pairings must be purchased in advance at the link below.

  • Meat Option: $47 – Includes one charcuterie box with five cheeses, two meats and all the fixings paired with a beer flight (flight consists of five 5-oz beer tasters).
  • Vegetarian Option: $42 – Includes one charcuterie box with five cheeses and all the fixings paired with a beer flight (flight consists of five 5-oz beer tasters).

*Online sales for this pairing have ended. There will be a limited amount of pairings available for purchase on Tuesday, April 25th at Pure Miramar & Pure Carlsbad. (Day-of pairings are extremely limited and available on a first-time-first-served basis.)
