RAIN
Pilsner
5.3% ABV
FLORAL. CRISP. CRUSHABLE.
A crushable, crisp, and clean pilsner, made with only the finest ingredients. Rain is built on a blend of pilsner malt and unmalted wheat, with a generous addition of Hallertau Tradition hops. Bone dry and beautifully bright: Pure drinkability.
PURE WEST
West Coast IPA with Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Strata & Simcoe Hops
6.3% ABV
PINEAPPLE. GRAPEFRUIT ZEST. RESIN.
Pure West is our core unfiltered West Coast IPA—a celebration of hand-selected hops and the farmers who grew them. Featuring Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Strata, and Simcoe, this golden-colored creation glows with scents of pineapple, apricot, and lemon sorbet. Flavors of grapefruit zest, lychee, and resin give way to a solid bitter finish, classic to the style.
ESOTERIC KNOWLEDGE
Murky Double IPA with Nelson Sauvin, Citra & Mosaic Hops
8.4% ABV
PINK GUAVA. CLEMENTINE. LIME.
Esoteric Knowledge is back! This juicy, murky double IPA was crafted with carefully selected ingredients that complement each other beautifully: a grain blend consisting of pilsner malt, malted oats, flaked oats, and unmalted wheat; our signature murky IPA yeast strain; and Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Mosaic hops. Despite the esoteric name, this is one that can be universally understood and enjoyed! Expect aromas of clementine, peach, and lime that give way to flavors of pink guava, pineapple, and orange zest.
SPECIALTY POURS + TAPPING TIMES:
MOUNT EDEN
Oak Barrel-Aged Saison with Kiwi, Quince, & Nelson Sauvin Cryo Hops
6.9% ABV
KIWI. QUINCE. WHITE PEPPER.
Introducing Mount Eden, an exquisite oak barrel-aged saison featuring kiwis and quince from our friends at Mission-Trail Ranches, alongside Nelson Sauvin Cryo hops from MacHops in New Zealand. This unique beer underwent a ten-month aging process in red wine barrels, then was re-fermented on the fruit for two months. The day before bottling, we added in the Nelson Sauvin Cryo hops (making Mount Eden our second-ever dry-hopped mixed fermentation brew)! Aromas of passion fruit, kiwi, and lemon-lime invite you in, while flavors of oak, quince, and a hint of black pepper provide a delightful finish. Much like Auckland’s iconic Mount Eden, this saison stands tall—resulting in a peak experience for your palate.
*FESTIVAL TAPPING TIMES: Thursday & Friday = 6:30pm; Saturday = 1:30pm
CORYLUS
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Coffee, Hazelnuts & Cacao
12.6% ABV
HAZELNUT. CHOCOLATE FUDGE. BOURBON.
Corylus is our luxurious bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout infused with a trio of adjuncts that make it an unforgettable Pure classic. The fifth batch of this velvety, full-bodied brew rested in Cutwater Bourbon barrels 15 months, establishing a unique complexity. To take it up a notch, we added in organic toasted hazelnuts, organic Peruvian cacao, and organic Brazilian coffee. Elements of each ingredient come together beautifully to create a delicious experience for the senses. Expect to be greeted with aromas of cinnamon sugar cookies, bourbon, and vanilla wafer that give way to decadent flavors of dark chocolate fudge, hazelnut gelato, and inky espresso on the tongue.
