Rosemary Balsamic Cookie with There Once Was A Tree Semi-dry Cider (6.8% ABV)

This pairing is a sophisticated dance between savory and sweet. The Rosemary Balsamic Cookie, with its rich olive oil, balsamic reduction, and fresh rosemary, finds a perfect partner in the crisp, fruity cider, bursting with notes of apple, pear, and honey. Salted Caramel Cookie with Ship Full Sail English Pub Ale (5.5% ABV)
