Our Miramar location is our original taproom and still houses a portion of our brewing, including our barrel-aging program. This taproom is home to the famous “moss wall” and offers laid-back vibes in an intimate setting with lots of plants, soft lighting, and general Pure Project ambiance. (Full Disclosure: We could be biased because we built this location by hand.) This taproom is still a number of our fans’ favorite place to grab a pint, simply due to the history and charm of the taproom.
A must-visit for any Pure Project enthusiast, this location features 16 taps and you did not hear it from me, but often sees new beers on draft a day earlier than the other locations, because this is where they brew em all! This location also features a full selection of merchandise, beer to-go (bottles/cans) and crowlers on demand.
