Meet Jeli, our Private Events Manager! ✨ Jeli oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of private events across all five Pure Project taprooms. She’s also the powerhouse behind our annual anniversary celebration at Miramar — no small feat — and she handles it like an absolute pro.
For the past 3.5 years, Jeli has poured her heart into creating thoughtful, seamless experiences for our guests. Pure Project events simply wouldn’t be the same without the care, pride, and creativity she brings to every detail. Fun fact: she comes from a competitive dance background, which might explain how gracefully she juggles it all!

⚾ Favorite activities: Attending Padres games, paddleboarding, shepherding with her dog Jasper, ranching (working with livestock on farms), cheering on Alabama football, traveling, cooking, and astrology.
🍺 Favorite drinks: Pure Project smoothie beers (Perezoso & Opaque Dreams), barrel-aged sours, and mostly our Cabernet & Rosé wines!

EVANGELINE ✨
Gose with Grapefruit, Coriander, & Sea Salt
5.0% ABV | Draft-only, Limited Release
Evangeline is our beloved Gose, inspired by the traditional style that originated in Goslar, Germany. Staying true to tradition, this ale is fermented with a lactic acid–producing yeast strain and brewed with pink Himalayan sea salt and organic coriander.
In this beer, you`ll notice a vibrant citrus lift from locally sourced organic grapefruit from @sagehillranchgardens. Sage Hill Ranch Gardens is an organic, no-till, ecological market garden in Escondido, CA. They strive to grow the highest quality produce with the lowest impact on the landscape. Their dedication to a highly productive landscape of perennial and annual crops ensures they`re working with nature, instead of against it.

Otter Romp, our murky double IPA collab with Santa Cruz’s renowned Humble Sea Brewing Company, is back to make a splash! With each sip, expect waves of fresh coconut, lime popsicle, and lemon curd. Otter Romp captures the blissful feeling of a sun-soaked beach day. As Humble Sea Co-Founder Taylor puts it, “This murky double IPA will make you feel like an otter in the water, riding waves of Strata, Motueka, & Citra Cryo.”
COSMIC DANCER 💫
West Coast IPA with Mosaic & Mosaic Cryo
7.4% ABV | Limited Release
Cosmic Dancer is our all-Mosaic dry-hopped West Coast IPA that first dazzled on draft in 2023. Crisp, dry, and expressive, it opens with aromas of pine, fresh peach, and mango, followed by flavors of papaya, resin, and candy peach rings. This beer is a full-on showcase of Mosaic’s versatility and vibrancy, brewed for hop lovers across the spectrum.

JANET’S BROWN ALE 🤎
Brown Ale with Centennial
7.5% ABV | Draft-Only, Limited Release
Janet’s Brown Ale takes its name from the beer’s original recipe, a beloved classic from the early days of homebrewing that has since been brewed by countless breweries. Created by Mike “Tasty” McDole, one of the most influential voices in the homebrewing community, this beer is our homage to Tasty and the lasting mark he left on craft beer. Rich, balanced, and timeless, it’s a reminder of where this industry came from and the people who shaped it.
