If you`re feeling crafty, we will also be hosting Collage Club, a DIY analog art hangout where we will be recycling old magazines to create entirely new narratives through collage. We will provide the paper, glue, and scissors. You bring the vision and perhaps a few old magazines to donate to the cause. ✂️

THE BURJ 🍫
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Pistachios & Cacao
13.9% ABV | Limited Release
This decadent beer rested in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for 24 months and in Cutwater bourbon barrels for 15 months, before being blended and filled to the brim with organic cacao and California-grown pistachios. The Burj offers notes of dark cacao, roasted pistachio, and flourless chocolate cake, giving your taste buds a remarkably luxurious experience with every sip.
PLEASE NOTE 👉This beer was brewed with real pistachios, which may increase nucleation. To minimize foam, serve cold and pour immediately after opening.

Dry Cider with Cherry

Ruby Harvest is our newest dry cider, designed for summer sipping. Crafted with Washington apples and a blend of sweet and tart cherries, it’s a vibrant and refreshing treat at 4.9% ABV. This pink-hued cider offers aromas of apple, tart cherry, and strawberry on the nose. Each sip offers notes of Gala apple, Rainier cherry, and hibiscus, with a crisp snap of light acidity. It’s light-bodied, refreshing, and positively delightful.

@jrorganicsfarm is a family-owned farm that is GMO-free and has been CCOF Organically certified since 1986 🥬🧑🌾 This is where we have ethically sourced many of the ingredients found in our beers since we started brewing in 2016! This 2022 World Beer Cup-winning brew is back to delight your taste buds. Featuring some of the finest hops in the world, Houblon Deluxe is a French-inspired murky double IPA collaboration with our friends at Outer Range Brewing Co. It’s soft, juicy, and full of hop flavor. Citra Cryo and Wai-iti beautifully complement Barbe Rouge, an illustrious hop developed in the legendary growing region of Alsace, France. This fourth batch features bright notes of white peach and lemon shortbread character on the nose, while the palate savors flavors of sweet orange, pineapple sorbet and fresh mango. Cheers to enjoying great beer with great friends, or should we say santé!
GOLDEN SOL ☀️
West Coast IPA with El Dorado, Mosaic, & Cascade Abstrax
7.3% ABV | Limited Release
Golden Sol is a bold 7.3% ABV West Coast IPA crafted to honor our first brew with hand-selected El Dorado hops from @cls_farms, known for its intense pineapple expression. Alongside Mosaic from Loftus Ranch and Cascade Abstrax, this golden pour offers a vibrant display of blood orange, grapefruit rind, and resin notes. Each sip showcases juicy tropical layers blended with notes of tree sap and crisp pine needle, carried by a light-to-medium body. It ends with a bold, rounded bitterness that delivers a clean, classic finish with every sip.
