Inspired by the traditional ESBs of England, A Place Like Home is brewed with Goschie Promise from Admiral Maltings, English crystal malt, and East Kent Golding hops. On the palate, comforting layers of golden biscuit, graham cracker, and honey unfold. It’s a balanced, soulful pour that invites you to savor the feeling of being exactly where you belong.

Méthode Traditionnelle – 3 Year Blend
6.8% ABV | Limited Release
Lief, our Méthode Traditionnelle (M.T. III), is a blend of one-, two-, and three-year-old spontaneously fermented ales inspired by the Belgian process of making traditional lambic. California-grown pilsner malt and unmalted wheat create the foundation of this blend, which was inoculated solely by wild yeast and microorganisms indigenous to the Miramar area, then aged in neutral oak barrels. Batch #8 showcases vibrant carbonation, bright acidity, and an elegant balance of funk, white grape, and ripe apricot.

Bright and finely balanced, the 2025 Pure Brewing Cuvée Dry Rosé opens with apricot, yellow peach, and strawberry tops. Grapefruit zest and mandarin blossom bring lift, while nectarine pit adds a subtle, pleasant bite. Sea-spray minerality, petrichor, and a hint of sweet basil carry through a clean, energetic finish with lingering stone fruit and a faint saline edge.
This rosé features 70% Grenache, 22% Mourvèdre, 5% Vermentino, and 3% Counoise, and was custom-blended in collaboration with Tablas Creek Vineyard. Tablas Creek is a pioneering winery located in Paso Robles, California. Founded in the late 1980s as a partnership between the Perrin family of Château de Beaucastel (in France’s Rhône Valley) and the Haas family of Vineyard Brands, Tablas Creek has played a key role in bringing Rhône varietals to the United States. They are renowned for their organic and biodynamic farming practices, commitment to sustainability, and innovative blending techniques. Tablas Creek was the first Regenerative Organic Certified™ vineyard in the U.S., and their wines consistently reflect a deep respect for the land and tradition.

ET Fonio Home is our newest draft exclusive and is positively out of this world. The base beer is a light and spritzy Belgian-style witbier, showcasing Fonio, a sustainably grown and Fairtrade-certified grain from West Africa. This stellar beverage was then packed to the brim with cosmic levels of coriander, and locally-sourced organic orange blossom and lemon. Layered with flavors of lemon meringue, cracked white pepper, orange peel, and jasmine, ET Fonio Home won’t be here long, so grab some before it blasts off.

Murky IPA with Thora & Citra Cryo
6.9% ABV | Limited Release
We collaborated with the legends at Firestone Walker to bring you Pure Fire, an absolute masterclass in tropical saturation. We loaded this beer up with Citra Cryo and Thora, a new hop variety born from a collaboration between USDA agriculture experts and over 50 U.S craft brewers. Thora lends this IPA its tropical character, balanced by a subtle, resinous backbone. Radiating intense peach, kiwi, and passionfruit, Pure Fire flows with a soft, pillowy texture, finishing with a bright burst of pineapple and a crisp, refreshing splash of yellow watermelon.

Introducing Sun Peak, a new West Coast double IPA! Hand-selected Centennial from Crosby Hops in Oregon joins Washington-grown Citra and Simcoe Cryo to create a mouthwatering brew filled with notes of grapefruit, pineapple, and resin. Medium-bodied with a lingering, balanced bitterness, it’s everything we love about classic West Coast IPA hops, dialed up to double IPA intensity.
