The aroma features notes of guava paste, mango lassi, and a hint of rhubarb, setting the stage for its luscious flavor profile. Find your happy place with Hidden Oasis, our newest collaboration with our friends at Everywhere Beer. This 6.8% ABV murky IPA features Motueka hops from New Zealand, Citra Cryo from Washington, and Galaxy Abstrax, delivering lush aromas of guava, white peach, and honeydew. Each sip offers notes of orange creamsicle, ripe mango, and papaya. With its soft mouthfeel and pale yellow color, this beer is pure sunshine in a glass.

2025 Dry Rosé Cuvée 🥂
In collaboration with @tablascreek
Dry Rosé
This rosé features 70% Grenache, 22% Mourvèdre, 5% Vermentino, and 3% Counoise, and was custom-blended in collaboration with Tablas Creek Vineyard. Bright and finely balanced, the 2025 Pure Brewing Cuvée Dry Rosé opens with apricot, yellow peach, and strawberry tops. Grapefruit zest and mandarin blossom bring lift, while nectarine pit adds a subtle, pleasant bite. Sea-spray minerality, petrichor, and a hint of sweet basil carry through a clean, energetic finish with lingering stone fruit and a faint saline edge.
@tablascreek is a pioneering winery located in Paso Robles, California. Founded in the late 1980s as a partnership between the Perrin family of Château de Beaucastel (in France’s Rhône Valley) and the Haas family of Vineyard Brands, Tablas Creek has played a key role in bringing Rhône varietals to the United States.
