Mexican-Style Lager

Saguaro Bloom is our crisp and refreshing take on a classic Mexican-style lager, crafted for crushability at an easy 4.5% ABV. It pours a light yellow color with a fluffy white head and offers notes of fresh corn tortilla chips, jasmine, and warm bread dough. On the palate, sweet cornbread and gentle floral notes blend with flavors of sweet orange and vanilla. Light-bodied with a soft touch of sweetness, Saguaro Bloom is sure to be your new favorite patio beer.

BONSAI – BLACK PINE 🌲
West Coast Double IPA with Idaho 7, Simcoe, Citra, & Citra Cryo
8.8% ABV | Limited Release
The original brew in our Bonsai West Coast series is back! Black Pine celebrates the pure flavors of Pacific Northwest hops and the authentic bitterness of a West Coast IPA. Idaho 7, Simcoe, Citra, and Citra Cryo hops shine through this clear, golden-colored DIPA, producing fresh scents of pineapple, sweet orange, and subtle pine. Tastes of grapefruit zest, pineapple, and cantaloupe are balanced by a lingering bitterness that you’ll want to savor time and time again.

Murky IPA with Mosaic, Citra, Strata, & Nectaron Abstrax
6.8% ABV | Limited Release
We linked up with our friends at Bottle Logic to bring you Resonance Point. Brewed with Mosaic, Citra, and Strata from the Pacific Northwest, plus Nectaron Abstrax, this 6.8% murky IPA arrives bright yellow with a pillowy white head. It opens up with aromas of pineapple, guava, and mango, while each sip carries notes of pineapple Dole Whip, ripe cantaloupe, and peach rings. It is medium-bodied and smooth with a lush, sweet finish. Resonance Point is a true meeting of minds that hits all the right notes.

Perennial Grace is a new sessionable and tart sour ale that’s loaded up with organic peaches and cranberries. Bursting with vibrant fruit character, this beer features an orange-pink hue and delivers a delightful zing to the palate. Aromas of apricot and lemon zest greet the nose, while flavors of white peach, cranberry, and pineapple meld together with each sip. THE BURJ 🍫
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Pistachios & Cacao
13.9% ABV | Limited Release
This decadent beer rested in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for 24 months and in Cutwater bourbon barrels for 15 months, before being blended and filled to the brim with organic cacao and California-grown pistachios. The Burj offers notes of dark cacao, roasted pistachio, and flourless chocolate cake, giving your taste buds a remarkably luxurious experience with every sip.
PLEASE NOTE 👉This beer was brewed with real pistachios, which may increase nucleation. To minimize foam, serve cold and pour immediately after opening.
