2025 Dry Rosé Cuvée 🥂
In collaboration with @tablascreek
Dry Rosé
This rosé features 70% Grenache, 22% Mourvèdre, 5% Vermentino, and 3% Counoise, and was custom-blended in collaboration with Tablas Creek Vineyard. Bright and finely balanced, the 2025 Pure Brewing Cuvée Dry Rosé opens with apricot, yellow peach, and strawberry tops. Grapefruit zest and mandarin blossom bring lift, while nectarine pit adds a subtle, pleasant bite. Sea-spray minerality, petrichor, and a hint of sweet basil carry through a clean, energetic finish with lingering stone fruit and a faint saline edge.
@tablascreek is a pioneering winery located in Paso Robles, California. Founded in the late 1980s as a partnership between the Perrin family of Château de Beaucastel (in France’s Rhône Valley) and the Haas family of Vineyard Brands, Tablas Creek has played a key role in bringing Rhône varietals to the United States. They are renowned for their organic and biodynamic farming practices, commitment to sustainability, and innovative blending techniques. Tablas Creek was the first Regenerative Organic Certified™ vineyard in the U.S., and their wines consistently reflect a deep respect for the land and tradition.

Oak Barrel-Aged Sour with Blueberry, Blackberry, & Nectaron Hops
6.0% ABV | Draft only | Limited Release
We’re thrilled to present a new variation of Déjà Fruit: our farmhouse saison series featuring second-use fruit. The character of second-use organic blueberries and blackberries is showcased in this vibrant mixed-ferm barrel-aged sour, complemented by the addition of Nectaron hops. Pouring a striking red-purple hue topped with a light pink head, it bursts with aromas of blackberry, boysenberry, and vineous red grape. Bold flavors of blackberry jam, pomegranate, and tart cherry are delivered on a light, effervescent body with a crisp, sour finish.
