5.3% ABV | Draft only | Limited Release
Take your taste buds to new heights with Sierra Crest, a refreshing, citrus-forward West Coast pilsner. Made with Cascade hops from Crosby Hops in Oregon and Citra Cryo from Van Horn Farms in Washington, it offers aromas of candied mandarin peel and lemon zest. Flavors of lemongrass and sourdough please the palate, followed by a dry, crisp finish.

Crafted in partnership with @tablascreek (the first Regenerative Organic Certified™ vineyard in the U.S.), our wines bring the same care, sustainability, and intention to your glass as our craft beers.
🍷 Red Cuvée: A rich Rhône-style blend featuring notes of boysenberry, blueberry, and vanilla bean, with a persistent and savory finish, marked by wild herbs and a chewy anise character.
🥂 White Cuvée: A balanced Rhône-style blend layered with notes of white peach and ripe pear, followed by a clean mineral edge that lingers with a long, bright finish.
🍇 Dry Rosé Cuvée: A Provence-style dry rosé with lively notes of strawberry, grapefruit zest, nectarine, and a crisp, mineral finish.

Helles Lager with Hallertau Mittelfruh
4.1% ABV | Limited Release | Draft-Only
Harmony, our fan-favorite helles lager, is back! With our head brewer, Demetra, leading the charge, our helles lager was brewed with Weihenstephan lager yeast, Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, and California-grown Admiral Pilsner Malt. Floral and sweet grain aromatics give way to flavors of water cracker and spice. It’s session-able, refreshing, and the perfect beer to sip out of your favorite Oktoberfest stein. Prost!

White Wine Blend
13.5% ABV | 2025 Vintage | Year-Round Release
This white wine features 39% Grenache Blanc, 23% Viognier, 13% Vermentino, 12% Roussanne, 7% Marsanne, and 6% Picpoul Blanc, and was custom-blended in collaboration with Tablas Creek Vineyard.
@tablascreek is a pioneering winery located in Paso Robles, California. Founded in the late 1980s as a partnership between the Perrin family of Château de Beaucastel (in France’s Rhône Valley) and the Haas family of Vineyard Brands, Tablas Creek has played a key role in bringing Rhône varietals to the United States. They are renowned for their organic and biodynamic farming practices, commitment to sustainability, and innovative blending techniques. Tablas Creek was the first Regenerative Organic Certified™ vineyard in the U.S., and their wines consistently reflect a deep respect for the land and tradition.
