Filipino Lager with Hallertau Mittelfruh
Taste Profile: Biscuit. Yuzu. Honeywheat.
5.0% ABV
8 Rays is a bright, easy-drinking Filipino lager inspired by San Miguel Pilsen, the iconic beer brewed as the Philippines approached its revolutionary era in the late 1800s. Its name honors the eight rays of the sun on the Filipino flag, symbolizing the first provinces to stand against Spanish rule. Expect flavors of biscuit, basmati rice, yuzu, and corn that shine through a light body, followed by a slightly sweet finish.

Sometimes collaboration feels like magic — and this one is straight out of a fairytale. Maddie Had a Little Duck blends our oak-aged saison, Madeline, with The Lost Abbey’s iconic Duck Duck Gooze. Refermented on 600 pounds of organic nectarines and 500 pounds of organic peaches, it delivers a bright pop of stone fruit layered over deep oak complexity. Naturally bottle-conditioned and beautifully expressive, this is the kind of beer only two longtime friends could create.
SOUL ALCHEMY 🥥
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Coconut
Taste Profile: Toasted Coconut. Chocolate Ganache. Vanilla.
12.6% ABV
Meet Soul Alchemy, a beer shaped by time, craftsmanship, and a whole lot of coconut. This imperial stout matured in Weller Bourbon barrels for 18 months and Cutwater Bourbon barrels for 16 months, creating a layered, silky base. Infused with organic toasted Sri Lankan coconut, it unfolds with aromas of coconut macaroon and vanilla, followed by decadent flavors of chocolate ganache and marshmallow. Pure decadence in every sip.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Vanilla
14.4% ABV
This seasonal release is brewed with a double dose of organic Tahitian vanilla beans, then aged in a curated blend of Eagle Rare, Heaven Hill, Cutwater, and Blanton’s bourbon barrels. Expect rich notes of bourbon, chocolate fudge, vanilla, German chocolate cake, and dark chocolate-covered blueberry.

🏖️🏜️ November 19th: Coast & Desert 5-oz glasses
This Keep the Glass special includes a set of two glasses and two 5-oz fills of any non-barrel-aged beer under 10% ABV for $12.
Please note: The glasses will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis and they are limited, so we recommend arriving earlier than later. Limit 1 pair of glassware per person, per week.
