Triple Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Organic Tahitian Vanilla
18% ABV
We pushed this anniversary stout to 18% ABV, making it the highest alcohol beer we have ever made! For extra flavor, this beer went through eighteen hours of boiling and 43 months of triple barrel-aging across Breckenridge, Eagle Rare, and Cutwater bourbon barrels—with organic Tahitian vanilla woven through the finish. The result: A luscious, thick-bodied, 18% ABV brew featuring waves of dark chocolate, bourbon warmth, and deep caramelized malt.
This ultra-rare bottle will be available only at Pure Project this Thursday, January 15th. Cheers to 10 years!
Pure Project is looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator! 💥
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing team in driving sales and promoting the Pure Project brand. They will help coordinate day-to-day marketing operational tasks that support larger organization-wide initiatives.
📓 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support the execution of product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand events.
Write engaging and descriptive copy for beer releases, events, and other promotional initiatives.
Update the website regularly with new event pages, product pages, and educational blog posts.
Create email campaigns, SMS communications, mobile app push notifications and app pages for product launches, promotions, and company announcements.
Work with the Social Media Manager to support social media efforts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) through content creation (on and off screen).
✅ Main requirements:
1+ years of experience in marketing, including direct response, digital, and social media management.
21+ years of age.
Strong working knowledge of email, SMS, and social marketing platforms.
Experience in the craft beer industry is preferred.
A passion for craft beer, brewing, and the industry. Industry experience preferred.
Must be able to commute to headquarters and ancillary taproom locations

Say hello to our newest dark lager, now pouring fresh at all Pure Project taprooms, this is the perfect winter craft beer for crisp days and cozy nights.
SCHWARZBIER 🇩🇪
Black Lager | 4.5% ABV
This classic German-style Schwarzbier (literally “black beer”) is smooth, clean, and quietly complex. Brewed with Saaz hops and a malt base of Admiral Pilsner and Weyermann Carafa Special Type 3, it delivers layered notes of toasted rye bread, cacao, and biscuit, finishing crisp and beautifully balanced.
This draft-only release is available now at all Pure Project San Diego taprooms while supplies last.

West Coast IPA with Mosaic, Simcoe, & Strata
7.1% ABV | Limited Release
Coastal Project is our collaboration with local friends at Craft Coast, recreating a beer we originally brewed together when Craft Coast first opened. This hop-forward West Coast IPA features a blend of Mosaic, Simcoe, and Strata hops, delivering vibrant aromas of mango, pine, and lime. Bold flavors of grapefruit, orange pith, and resin are rounded out by a firm, lingering bitterness, leaving a crisp, unmistakably West Coast finish.
LUNAR WINDOW 🌙
Murky Double IPA with Citra, Citra Cryo, Strata, & Krush Hyperboost
8.3% ABV | Limited Release
Lunar Window is a murky double IPA loaded with Pacific Northwest-grown Citra, Citra Cryo, and Strata hops, along with the bold hop extract Krush Hyperboost. Aromas of passionfruit, guava, and sweet citrus greet the nose, while flavors of pineapple, honeydew, and Navel orange glide across the palate. Juicy and expressive, Lunar Window offers a view into a galaxy of mouthwatering tropical and citrus flavors with every sip.

Sun Rays Like Stilts is our West Coast pale ale infused with Cascade and Mosaic Cryo hops. Aromas and tastes of grapefruit, resin, bitter orange, and fresh lime make for an enjoyable, mouthwatering sensory experience. PROMISE PORTER 🤎
Porter | 6.1% ABV | draft-only taproom exclusive
Promise Porter is a special beer inspired by San Lorenzo Porter, a classic American 90`s Brewpub-style Porter that Winslow brewed at Boulder Creek Brewery over a decade ago. This version of the beer features Goschie Promise malt from Goschie Farms, crafted from Oregon Promise barley grown using Salmon Safe–certified practices. The traditionally floor-malted grain adds depth, smoothness, and body to the beer. Notes of chocolate, vanilla, and biscuit from English caramel and chocolate malt harmonize on the palate, leading to a smooth, refined finish.

RED ROCK RIDGE 🏜️
Amber Ale | 5.5% ABV | on tap and in cans.
Red Rock Ridge, our first canned amber ale, is back to delight your taste buds. Within its brilliant amber hue, Red Rock Ridge boasts a carefully selected combination of Cascade hops and a blend of Pilsner, German Munich, and English Crystal malts, resulting in a complex and satisfying flavor profile. It welcomes you with aromas of toasted pumpernickel bread, dehydrated cherry, and orange zest, and makes a memorable impression with flavors of biscuit, toffee, a hint of floral, and a delicate cherry undertone.

🌵✨🌊 Coastal Project is a throwback collab released by @craftcoast back in 2021 when Craft Coast first opened in Oceanside.
We`re teamed up once again to bring this one back with a fresh perspective. This time around, we fine-tuned the malt bill with a touch of Pilsner and flaked oats, while keeping the hop lineup dialed in with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Strata. The result? A clean, clear West Coast IPA that still delivers bright, fruity character and classic Westie vibes.
