Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Cacao & Sea Salt
Taste Profile: Dark Chocolate. Salted Caramel. Fudge.
13.6% ABV
Meet Velvet Zephyr, a bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout infused with organic cacao and sea salt. Aged for 17 months in a blend of Cutwater, Blanton`s, and Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels, it delivers deep complexity and refined richness from start to finish. Aromas of dark chocolate, vanilla, and oak rise from the glass, leading into dessert-like flavors of salted chocolate-covered caramel and fudge. A decadent expression of time, craft, and character.

Tempered Gold is a 17-month barrel-aged sour, layered with vibrant organic fruits and brewed with the same unique yeast culture used in our first collab with Fruition Brewing, Everything Gold May Stay. Brazilian pink guava, Nicaraguan dragon fruit, and local J.R. Organics oranges deliver tropical guava, bright citrus, and watermelon notes. Its light body and subtle acidity make for a refreshingly tart experience.

Did you know that the idea for Pure Project was born on public land, on a backpacking trip through Rocky Mountain National Park? Without these protected wild places, Pure might not exist at all.
Many of these public lands are now at risk, and we believe protecting this wilderness is critical. These landscapes are not only part of our origin story—they’re sacred spaces that belong to all of us. They’re where we seek inspiration, recharge, and connect with the world around us.
Through our membership with @1percentftp, and alongside partner organizations such as @conservationalliance, @protectourwinters, and @wildcoastcostasalvaje, we’ve donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to help preserve and protect these lands for future generations. Every pour of our beer supports this mission.
